How long have you been eating at a defect? Maybe try eating at maintenance for a couple of weeks and then going back to a deficits? As far as easy way to add calories, how about smoothies with fruit, avocado, cashew butter, etc.

i just started 16:8. Since my first meal is at 12, mon-fri i eat whatever they have at my work's lunch. doing actual workout gym stuff : anywhere from 30- 60 minutes. doing other stuff like stretching, jacuzzi, splishy splashy in the pool, steam room, etc can be additional 60-90 minutes

i prefer sprinting but i'm getting over a knee injury and horrible lung capacity. I've been working the HIIT in the pool via pool running. I basically do 15 seconds of all out high knees and 1 minute of slower treading to catch my breath.

Get a snorkel thingy. I used to be really good at breathing but completely forgot + i'm in worse shape than when I was swimming a lot which makes it hard to get the breathing down. Me. I'm not injured from running but I gained a significant amount of weight and running really hurts my knees and ankles. What I do now if run in the pool and other aqua training that way I can still go through the motions without it hurting my joints

i would honestly suggest speaking to a therapist. you seem to be focused on changing things about yourself that you can't change. you should probably first start understanding why you have those feelings about your body in the first place.

your feet can expand during runs. some show brands are worse than others (ie nike) when that happens because they tend to be narrow. for those, i just order a half size larger

see a doctor and if you have access to a pool, try pool running. it's awesome. you still get the cardio benefits but it's little impact (if you run in the shallow end and can touch the bottom) or no impact if you can do it in the deep end
