that's way low. i'm older than the OP, way more than 50 pounds less, less active, and am more female and i eat around 1900 calories to lose 2 pounds. i cant think that the OP would safely be able to eat that low. OP, you should first make sure you are logging accurately before drastically increasing your calories. my guess…

i personally find that concentrating on keeping my shoulders away from ears and thinking about squeezing the scapula down and together helps as well.

there's also the food allergy issue. i had a summer birthday and wouldnt have shared my cupcakes/cookies anyway when i was that age but kids at my school would save their treats for their birthday party

Have fun!

depends on the type of results you are wanting to see
-
are you looking at yourself in the mirror? that will also screw up your form a bit too
-
this has been going on for a while. about 10 years ago i heard of it as a way to keep things equal amongst kids . i guess now instead of doing it because some kids may be poor they are doing it because some kids might be fat

MFP overestimates calorie burns and age, weight, gender also make a difference
-
look for it under cardio.

good for you, now stop trying to hijack the OPs thread

you arent eating at a deficit

my favorite is the butthurt for keira knightly, who i'm going to assume could give a rat's *kitten* either way if people on this forum think her fit or too skinny

seated boxing workouts but really you should focus on healing and just pay more attention to your calories now. i'd even suggest eating closer to maintenance while you heal as well
-
general rule of thumb i think is before massages, yoga and deadlifts we should all have a little me time to err on the side of caution

 my pride has definitely gotten me out of the hole many times more so than my butt. the worse thing i've done at my recent gym is wiping out on so box jumps. i ended up scraping my shins, and falling into the plyo box . there was about 4 people looking at me like  "what do we do ? what do we do?" i just…

surprised OP didnt post nicki minaj's "anaconda"
-
my question about threads like this is why do people care what OPs opinions are? who cares if you're thin and she doesnt think you're attractive? if you think you are attractive then rock that.

what does "tone" really mean? dont most women who use it to mean reducing body fat so that there is some muscular definition?
-
well you can do the math yourself. if the calories from your "cheat" day negate all of your deficits from the other 6 days of the week then you'd either be eating at maintenance (staying the same weight) or eating over maintenance (gaining weight).
-
i dont have any comment on the hashimoto's but in general, when you bulk you gain fat as well as muscle. there's no way around it. this is why people have bulk and cut cycles

fresh and frozen pineapple (but not canned), kiwi, strawberries and eggplant. all of these are good in moderation for me but when it gets into half a pound of pineapple, 4 kiwis, a pint of strawberries and an entire eggplant then my tongue and roof of my mouth gets raw

the OP has yoga (body weight) and circuit training which i assume to be something involving strength training. what's body balance?
-
TBH if as an adult the only person i had to spend my BDAY with was mom then i'd also want to get blind stinking drunk too

5'5 and 32" inseam too

can you use the bench as your squat rack ? of course that would only be possible if you can move the seat part of the bench out of the way. also you'd essentially be starting in the hole . another option is to clean and push press the bar to your back the goblet squat is a good option but unless you're using adjustable…

you can create your own exercise and call it what you want
-
i think you're going about your shoulder issue the wrong way, train all areas of the shoulder since they all work in tandem. focusing on one part will just create further imbalance. check this out : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0ONHZmsFec

that can't be counting your exercise though..
