I have the Hip Hop Abs and I love it. After a couple weeks of doing it about 3x a week, I actually felt like everything was a little tighter. It's fun, fairly low impact, I would break a sweat and has a good cool down/stretch period. Doesn't hurt that Shawn T. is nice to look at too!!

well, it's a circuit so there is 10 machines to work every different part and then steppers in between each one. It's a 30 minute circuit.

that's true I guess. It doesn't matter what part of the body it was for though? I do some for abs, arms, legs, obliques, front of the arms, back of the arms, outside of legs, inside of legs haha....

I go to the gym and I can enter the treadmill calories burned because it tells me but I don't knw how to enter the machines on here. I do quite a few of them and don't know what they are technically called....HELP
