Ooo,,I just asked and answered this question last week. I have a Timex HRM, says water resistant to 30 M on it also. I went swimming a few days last week, no problems. I was told by someone else that you shouldn't push buttons while in the water, but I did and the thing is still going strong. Hope that helps!

I bet they are calculating the coffee with sweeter added, I wouldn't think a iced coffee would have a full cup of milk and there shouldn't be any significant amount of calories in coffee. Email the company if you are really curious, they will have info somewhere on where they came up with 90 cals.

That sounds reasonable to me, I burn anywhere from 250 to 450 calories doing a fast walk for 30 - 45 min, so it doesn't sound too far off the mark for me. Weight is more accurate than cups. If you had extra fat beans, or extra small beans,,,that would affect the total volume the 1/2 cup of beans makes up. Kind of like a 1/2 cup of feathers will have less weight than 1/2 cup of salt. It really depends on what you are measuring. And you are still going to get somewhat close…
