I went through the same thing. I went from 190 to 137 then back up to 160... Now I am back to 152.5 this morning... I couldnt find the motivation I once had. Do one thing at a time... I started with food... I repeated this in my head over and over again... Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels... then back to the gym....…

I have the same exact problem. I am just working on a balance diet... Eat 6 times a day... roughly eating 1000 cals a day. I am not hungry... have plenty of energy. Only time I am hungry is after the gym. I cant imagine eating more. Not sure if I am eating the "wrong things"
