To be fair I have been having moderate portions of all of these so maybe thats why I've not been hungry, although it is right that actually I dont know what is working and whats not because I havent been sticking by portion sizes. I think I'll go back to my normal diet. Thanks for your input guys.

I did think it was a lot of eggs for anyone. As for fruit I gorge on it quite alot and I dont feel hungry through-out the day, I lost alot of water weight at the beginning of the diet and didnt think it was possible to lose that much more?

I know it says no substitute but I've substituted most of the eggs for fruit, surely that amount of eggs is dangerous in terms of cholesterol.
