I love to run but the Treadmill can be a tad boring. I find I do all kinds of intervals on the TM or on a bike...2 mins at this resistance, 3 minutes at this speed etc...I look ofrward to the next change to either go faster or slower etc. it helps the time go by faster

injuries are different than sore. If this is a one side type of thing I would go for a run or do something else fitness wise for a day or two to let the tricep heal. If the right side were also sore like this I would say push on.

You are probably better off finding a more moderate 30-45 minute circuit like workout. It is varied and fast so you won't get bored or lose motivation as quickly. These workouts can be just as effective
