I have thought a lot about food too...I know about how much I burn per mile...so there have been times when I actually YAHOO! outloud when I realize that I just earned ice cream after dinner or that I totally ran off breakfast.

15 minutes at a time is a great start..no pitiful at all...try adding 2-3 more minutes each week -10 days...you are a runner now so you just have to keep running to be able to add time and distance...keep at it..sounds like you on a great path to doing good things

Thanks for the reply...I drink coffee as I love it and it helps the headaches....I have to really consider cutting it out as I always got withdrawl headaches when I quit coffee during pregnancies but my head is hurting so bad lately...I will ease back on it though for sure and see if that helps

I eat about 80% of my exercise calories...to account for miscaluations in food logging . I use a HRM so know it is closer than estimations here...but stilll...works for me.
