I generally do not care what others are doing at the gym, however, I do get annoyed at the girl that douses herself in perfume in the locker room BEFORE working out. Greatly irritates me for various reasons. Do that crap outside, don't do it in the locker room... and/or use better perfume. Ugh. Makes the entire gym smell.

I eat food to comfort myself too, but I've been reaching for gum rather than food and I find it helps me.

I don't know if "Truvia (never tried it)" or "Stevia in the Raw" are the exact same thing, but I very much like Stevia in the Raw. It tastes really sweet and I LOVE that. It's so sweet that I often don't need to use the entire packet.

It is super frustrating, I agree! I am scared to wash it in the washing machine because I don't have a pouch for it and am not sure where to get one. Maybe I will get some of that gel and a new strap, too.

I take Metamucil daily and have also started eating flaxseed. Prior, I wasn't pooping for 7 or more days and I was miserable. I mentioned it to my doctor and he was just like, "meh. I'm 5'2". I started at 208 lb in July and I'm 163 lb now. I eat about 1300-1450 cal a day and I try to eat at least 50-75% of my exercise calories back. I am trying to do consume less carbs as well and the way I've been upping my calorie intake is by using more olive oil in dishes, higher cal. salad dressings, cheese and nuts. I try not to go crazy on the dressing or cheese though because they can have a high sodium content and I have to be careful of my blood pressure.
