I fast from 9 PM to 3PM. Try to get around 180-200g of protein. 250 or less carbs with about 50g fat. Usually its a 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat split.

BMR is how many calories you need at minimum just to maintain your weight if you were to be bed ridden all day every day. Equal. Lift weights first, cardio last. Reason why is because you burn off the glycogen (stored carbs) in your muscles during weight lifting. Once glycogen is depleted, your body starts feeding off body fat for energy. Doing cardio after weight lifting is perfect.

Just becareful. Sugar is a great insulin spiker. Anytime insulin is released, fat is stored.
