  • Trinity, I was going to say instead of focusing on lbs now, what about setting a goal of one pants size down?
  • The Pilates dvd should help some. Also, try doing planks and holding for 30sec at a time or as long as you can. That helps tighten your core.
  • Palmer's Cocoa Butter helps to lighten them up. I haven't tried BioOil but would like to. Someone also said a scrub made with coffee grounds could help stimulate the skin to help reduce them. I haven't tried that either ;)

  • It might actually be a good idea to take the first day or two and eat what you would have normally eaten, and track it all, just to see what you usually eat calorie-wise in a day. i did that and was really surprised at how much I ate.   • I try to only weigh myself every few days, but I usually can't help myself. I only log when there is loss, so that it's not changing all the time.
  • Give yourself a short goal, like maybe 5 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of jogging. Toss in some headphones with some rockin' music and you'll be done in no time!!
