That's probably an average or for breast meat though, right? Chicken wings have a high proportion of skin and if you don't prepare yourself there's a good chance there's been fat added in the cooking too. I'm with Mallory, I'd look at a few entries and then go for one average or a little above.

I'm 170cm (I think nearly 5"6) and 71kg (156lbs) aiming at 63kg (138lbs). I've been doing some strength training so I might even be happy if I don't quite make it as long as I can get the body fat % down.

I try to work out about 30mins to 1hr after dinner. My husband thinks it's very strange, but there are 2 benefits to me. 1. Even if you're right and people are looking, I'd much rather people look at me at the gym and think "She's got a looonnnggg way to go" than look at me at KFC and think "She's stiiilllll eating!" :tongue:

I'm 74kg (not sure in pounds) and on 1260 per day. I know lots of diets suggest small meals but that doesn't work for me. I've been doing the leptin style with a good hearty protein rich breakfast, nothing for 5-6 hours then a sensible lunch, nothing for 5-6 hours a sensible dinner and nothing more until the next morning.…
