  • Hi Suzie! I hope that this site can help you, I just started yesterday and so far I really like it. It is keeping me motivated, and focused. My real test will be tomorrow, that's when Im going to start my 5am workouts. Just starting at 15 min on the treadmill. Wish me luck that I actually get up and get going!

  • yep, it's those 1 or 2 pounds that can easily frustrate us and make me go eat a bag of chocolate haha
  • OK well Im going to walmart today so I will buy it. I am going to try to start gettin up an hour earlier in the AM. It is the only time during the day that I can claim as my time. I will try that DVD soon. My start weight is 228.8! The biggest I have ever been (not pregnant, when I had my daughter 4 years ago I went in at…
  • that is so exciting and a true inspiration to me! I need to get this shred thing everyone keeps talking about. Is it at Walmart? How long does it take per day? At this rate you will reach your goal in less than a year! SO GREAT!
  • sounds great! Im going to make it this week!
  • i agree with AJSWriter, no negativity here! Everyone has been very nice and encouraging. I joined yesterday and I already have 15 brand new friends to help me on my journey! Enough is enough! I have also tried everything including Phentermine (that stuff should be outlawed, it is only a quick fix) Good luck, let's get off…

  • new here too, it's nice to meet ya! I love it and I too find myself coming back continually through the day checking the boards. Everyone is so nice. My friend told me about it and I'm glad I joined. I'm praying I can stay on track and quit falling back in same old routine and bad eating habits. It doesn't help that I…
  • YAY so exciting! I hope to have that story someday too!
  • I walked up to a door the other day that I could see my legs and thought I was going to fall over right there! What was that on my leg? Was it really a knee? I don't know, it was like from my cankles up was someone elses leg! It was so gross, everything was so big and puffy. It's like my knees were just a bump in the…

  • Good to see you here! I feel for you with thyroid disease it definitely makes things more difficult for you. Are you taking Synthroid. My friend's husband just got his Cpap and he feels 100% better. His doctor told him that the sleep apnea could have been part of his weight problems. It was the first time I had heard that.…
  • hopefully you are getting really close to seeing a change in your clothes. Once when I took phentermine (will never do that again) I lost 30 lbs in 3 months. It was around 25 that I could fit into the next size pants down, of course I probably should have waited another 10 pounds but hey I was excited! Post Phentermine I…

  • Yay! My skinny jeans are somewhere lost in my closet. It has been so long I don't even remember what size they are. I recently had to buy size 20 jeans and the reality of that was the size I needed almost caused a full blown meltdown right in the middle of the store! Great job on the size 10's! I hope to be there someday!

  • Good luck to ya! I just signed up on this site today and am still working through what it has to offer. You will know when the 900 isn't working for you anymore. You may find that you just can't stick to it and it will be OK to add some more calories into your day. The hardest thing for me is exercise. I really hate it…

  • Wow, thanks Link! Congrats to you with your weight loss journey. I first goal is to get out of the 220's, I may do cartwheels when I get under 200! My friend said the other day "I am so close to getting under 200 just 12 more pounds to go" My response " oh me too just 28 more to go !!!" Feels so very far away. I took…
