I took the fit test on Saturday and i swear my legs are still a little sore. My plan is to go home from work and immediately put my exercise clothes on then head to the basement for my first real attempt at it TODAY! Do I would love to join your thread!

I've tried weight watchers several times and always seem to be hungry all the time and can't stick with it. I've had more success just using MFP and since it's free that helps too. The last 2 weight watcher classes I tried I wasn't real thrilled with the instructors either.

Great post, eating healthier is hard... I like fruits but have had to make myself eat more veggies. I don' know why I don't like them, it's funny since they are so good for us... Wonder what it is about carbs that make us love them so much...
