Wow! I just finished the workout! I had to modify it.... I didn't do any plyometrics! (jumping) Maybe I will be able to when I get stronger! One leg squat..no..lol...I jumped on one foot 20 times (did 4 sets alternating w/ lunges) Burpees...OMG...I did 6 sets of 5 Planks...30 sec. each The workout took me one hour. It is…

I know...I asked her about it and a lot of the exercises (lunges, squats x 3 times per week) is part of what she does for her workout routine and they are included in this workout as well! That's too funny! :heart:
