After posting last night I ate ice cream too...damn...no more, we have got to make it through the days or we aren't going to lose! An idea for you and me to do today: Go buy Weight Watchers ice cream treat and only it one! Include it in daily cals!

Sorry I'm new to this plan, what do you mean by 18:6? Also, if possible, anyone writing about their plan, can you elaborate? I'd like to hear what you eat in a regular week, how much you exercise and if you're losing weight? And if there are any books you are following? Thanks!

Just did my first workout burn 1! Dind't wear my hrm though:ohwell: if you wouldn't mind, could you put how much you weigh and what your cal burn was??? Extreme is right....that was tough!!

My SW 215 My CW 182 My GW 140 Hi everybody! This challenge caught my eye this morning because it's starting on my birthday...today! I felt like it was a sign that I needed to join...lol! I've been training for a half-marathon and I think I need something like this to go along with it!:tongue:
