Go to your home page...click on goals..page down and click on change goals..click on Custom: Manually set my own custom fitness goals...click continue...go to protein, carbs, and fat...click the drop down box and choose your %...then page down and click change goals. done. :flowerforyou:

Yesterday I changed all my settings I upped my cals to 1400, Carbs..40%, Protein..30%, Fat..30%. We'll see what happens.:smile:

I'm confused by this..a trainer at the gym today put some numbers in...I told her I did my resting heart rate last night and it was 81 and she said that it was probably high at night so she went with 65? So she figure at my high end I should be going for 155 anything over that is bad...well every time I work out my HR…
