Not sure. I'm 38 and weigh 79kgs/170 pounds which is 15kgs/30 pounds over my healthy weight.

I usually have around 1600 calories, burning about 300 to 4oo during my workouts. Yesterday, for example, I went for a 30 minute bike ride after my gym session and most days I run to the gym and back and I don't add that to my diary - I just consider it incidental exercise.
