Have I ruined my metabolism?

Having such a frustrating time right now.
I have a long history of yo-yoing with my weight and fitness.
Just before I fell pregnant with my son I was training for a triathlon and doing pretty well. He's 10 months old now and I gained about 15 pounds/7kgs over the past year nd a half. I have not paid attention to diet and fitness at all in that time.
I tend to be all or nothing, and 2 weeks ago I joined the gym and have been Smashing it. I get up at 4.30am, do a 10 min elliptical warm up, about 20-30mins of weight training - circuit mix of upper, lower and core, then smash out 20 mins on the bike or elliptical at 80% max heart rate.
I've cut out KFC, beer and trips to the bakery an although I'm not dieting, I am keeping the calories down.
2 week and ZERO loss on the scales.
What the hell?! Seriously, with 1 rest day that's 6 hours of training up from nothing at all per week and absolutely no results.
Help!

Are you tracking calories? How much are you having?0

I usually have around 1600 calories, burning about 300 to 4oo during my workouts. Yesterday, for example, I went for a 30 minute bike ride after my gym session and most days I run to the gym and back and I don't add that to my diary - I just consider it incidental exercise.0

Some would say just give it more time to see results. Maybe water retention from training. Or maybe calories too high? What is your approx BMR?0

Not sure.
I'm 38 and weigh 79kgs/170 pounds which is 15kgs/30 pounds over my healthy weight.0 -
1520 according to an online calculator I just googled0

takes longer then 2 weeks my friend.0

more than likely gained muscle in that time, and it weighs more than fat0

Would I gain muscle that quickly? If so, that'd be great.
If it's happening but just slowly, that's fine too. I just expected "something" by now0 -
do you eat your exercise calories?0

You have a 10 month old! Your body is still recovering from that. Make sure you are eating ENOUGH, and eating healthy, nutrient dense foods. Sure, you'll gain some weight anyway since you haven't been working those muscles and you are holding onto some water temporarily.0
