OMG I thought it was just me. I once dreamed of a big 6' tall Oreo cookie. He had arms and legs and we were dancing together. Does that make me weird?

I sweat a lot too. I had a problem with my gym clothes not smelling as fresh as they should after washing. I discovered that using white distilled vinegar in the wash kills the sweaty smell. And, surprisingly the vinegar does not leave a smell.

I love/hate the escalator from hell. I get to my target heart rate much faster than on the treadmill. I do 30 minutes at a slow pace (level 3).

IMHO --- Why force yourself to wake up early if you are not a morning person. I tried it didn't work. I exercise in the evening after work. And I don't beat myself up all day because I failed again to get out of bed early. That's just a better fit for me.

At first I would be subtle and just ignore him using my headphones. Point to the headphone, say I can't hear you, then ignore him and continue to work out. That has worked for me in the past.
