I actually have not seen a doctor, I just got insurance after not having it for 2 years, so I will make an appointment. Thanks!!! I actually do not set all day, I am a home daycare provider so I RARELY get the chance to set!!! :D

Maybe add some fiber too. Fiber always fills me up so I try to eat plenty in the mornings and then I usually eat a Fiber One bar and hour before bed!

I dont know if you will ever quit craving junk food but the other night I was craving a Big Mac Meal and I only took a couple bites and it was DISGUSTING!!! Thank God for that!!! :D

I am not sure how most people do it but I heard that you are supposed to practice at the speed that you want to compete...I started out just running .25 at the time I wanted and added more distance every couple days

I would carry 100 cal. snacks with you and try to eat something every 2 hours even if it is just a couple bites...You need to find away to trick your body so you can lose...or you can just try and focus on toning and Im sure the weight wont matter! GOOD LUCK to you!

184...on Monday, I only weigh on Monday mornings that way I dont over eat on the weekends!!!! 174 here I come!!!!! :happy:

This is true but the cameras are rolling all the time they just choose what to put in the show....Im sure there are plenty of days that someone says something about another without thinking about the hurt feelings

If your workouts are intense than I recommend eating the calories back or at least half of them...Your body must have enough energy inorder to burn fat!!!!

You have to understand that they only show you what they want you to see....for all we know John could be doing things behind the cameras that are making everyone turn on him.

Yesterday I made bone in ribeye steaks simmering all day in cream of mushroom soup and skim milk!!!! It was AMAZING and fell right off the bone!

It just depends on what type of hair you have....My hair is naturally oily so I change up the type every couple of days so my hair doesnt get used to one type and I only use conditioner on the tips of my hair, unless I have been in the wind or a dirty area....Hope this helps a little!!!!!
