  • A great stretch on the middle of a cramp if outside is find a curb and step on it with your ball of your foot. Then allow your heel to drop off of the curb then pull back up then drop back down.   • google lowcarb diet recipes. you will be shocked at what all pops up! My hsuband and I ate this way for a solid two years before I quit. you can make things interesting and unique. whatever you do, do not be afraid to use veggies in new ways! it an be fun to try these recipes and introduce them to other people as well

  • I like syrup on my roast beef, but it has to be like crock pot roast. I like calbasa & sharp cheddar on apples tomatos on my biscuits and gravy! ALL of which is not on my diet!
