I would love to lose 30lbs in 3 months! I'm not sure if it's a realistic goal for me but I'd love to try and see where it gets me! It will be nice to be able to check in with y'all and stay accountable! I'm a new mom to a 6 month old baby girl. She is my motivation!!

I'm in the same boat. Desserts tend to be a spring board for me wanting to eat other things or go on a bit of a binge. Hey all! SW 221 CW 223 I am so beyond frustrated and upset. Before when I wasn't watching what I was eating and wasn't really exercising, I was maintaining my weight. Now all week I have been really good eating lots of fruits and veggies, not eating out and doing lots of exercising, except for yesterday, and I"m up 2…

SW: 221 CW: 221 No weight loss, but I am happy with no gain either! I know I need to focus more on exercise. I can definitely tell I already feel better by eating less processed foods and more fruits and veggies. So that is victory in itself =) Here's to next week! And awesome job to the ladies who have already weighed in!
