iPhone app not alerting me when I don't log, how to fix?
I changed the settings in notification settings so that the app can put up alerts, banners but I'm not getting a reminder if the time I've set passes without logging my meals. Any ideas?

Anyone do the 30 day shred at the gym instead of at home?
Hey y'all! I'm thinking of taking advantage of time during my lunch break to get my workout on. I don't have access to my home weights during that time nor a tv to play the DVD.
