Goals for this Month

I'm sharing my goals for this month in an effort to keep myself more accountable. If I hit these goals this month then I plan on buying myself a pair of shoes I've been eyeing recently.

*Burn 2000 calories per week according to my heart rate monitor. One of the 5 weeks to be a 3500 calorie burn!

*Drink 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning. Continue water intake throughout the day.

*Log EVERY SINGLE BITE. Even if it's junk and I'd rather ignore the fact that I ate it. I feel that if I just keep logging it, eventually my logic will take over instead of my emotions with eating and I"ll be like, listen, you don't have the calories to eat that!
