I'm having this problem too. Been working out 6 days a week for a month and staying under my weekly calories always. But the scale has hardly moved. I only want to lose ten lbs so it's not a huge deal but it can be discouraging.

Tonight I'm making turkey sausage stir fry... 1 pack of turkey sausage frozen stir fry veggies low sodium soy sauce rice (I should eat brown but I hate it so I go for white) easy, cheap, and good!

I love Kashi cereal and greek yogurt. If I'm in a really big hurry I grab a granola bar or some almonds

My boyfriend is currently 20 hrs away and we see each other once a month. It has been hard but it's so worth it. I am moving to where he is in august so not too much longer to go and we spent 2 years together in the same city so we had a great foundation. Anyway if it were me I'd pick him.

Booze. If I'm gonna drink I'm gonna drink what I want. No light beers or "skinny" whatever drinks haha. Now that I'm about to graduate grad school I drink much less than I used to so when I do I don't worry about it.

I don't plan a cheat day but they happen. I go out to eat or go to a bar with friends about once a week and this is when I splurge. It happens and I move on.

I'm been trying to drink like 6 glasses a day but I have to pee all the time it's so annyoing lol

My main goal is to stay under my calories. I do try to look at what I'm eating and try to do better but there's some things I'm not giving up like my coffee with creamer and real sugar...this usually makes me go over on sugar everyday. I want to eat less fat and more protein though. I also watch the sodium!

I was always thin and fit growing up (I did judo for 13 years so that helped a lot). Once I got to college though I gained about 20 lbs which on a 5' person like me is very noticable!

I'm 5' and I want to be 110 but if I get really toned and I'm closer to 115 that's fine with me

I met mine at the taco bell on our campus at 2 am after at night at the bar. Haha interesting start right! We've been together for 2 1/2 years though and I couldn't be happier.

I'm 5' and started MFP at 120 lbs. So far I've lost 4 lbs...my goal weight is 110. I've been doing tae bo 3-4x a week and trying to stick to 1200 cals (w/o exercise cals of course)

Yep! Definately fast food for me. Used to eat t like once a week and now ugh! My roomate wanted Canes a few days ago and I got the sandwich. I ate it but it just didn't taste as good and I felt gross after!

Go to a salon girl!! Been there done that, tried to fix it myself and it was a disaster. Had to end up waiting like 6 weeks then going to a salon to get it fixed,
