Crossfit is awesome and so worth the money! The people at my box are all at different fitness levels and are all different sizes for that matter. If you find a good box, the trainers will scale every workout so that you can finish it. Give it a try!

I love love love clif bars! They keep me full for hours and taste great. I travel a lot with my job so they are my go to breakfast or lunch on the go.

Everytime I do GHD situps on those my shorts end up sliding way down and everyone gets to see my thong...just lovely lol

I'd say embrace them lol. Sure your hands aren't going to be smooth and "girly" anymore but I've learned to love mine. Plus the thicker they get the less my skin tears when lifting and doing pullups.

I don't look at the box when I jump. I look at it right before but then I look down and just jump, it's fun lol

In the winter all I wear to the gym is running tights with a tank top (and a jacket which I take off as soon as I start working out)

I workout at either 4 or 5 everyday when I get off work. I'll have lunch at my desk around noon and will usually have a snack at 3 or so. Right after I workout I pop a GNC recovery pill then shower, then fix dinner.

For the weekend, only drank Saturday...layed out at the pool with friends and had 2 mixed drinks that tasted like strawberry jello.

I try to go Mon-Sat with Sunday as a rest day but I usually miss one of those days.

Going great for me so far. Had Kashi cereal with skim milk for breakfast (after my coffee) and just had a shrimp salad for lunch.

Oh yeah I love beer! I usually have about 6-8 a week. I just fit them into my calories for the day (or go over if it's a cheat day). I also do crossfit 4-5x a week.

We got this yall!! So far so good today. I had some kashi cereal and skim milk for breakfast, lunch was leftover easter ham, 2 hard boiled egg whites, and a babybel cheese. Not sure what's for dinner but my easter candy is stashed away lol.

I felt like a champ yesterday for completing the "Bull" WOD. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's 2 rounds of 200 DU's (400 singles), 50 OHS, 50 pullups, and a 1 mile run. I can't do DU's yet so all those singles were hard! It took me 52:03 to finish but at the end I felt so awesome!!

I often eat clif bars as either breakfast or lunch because my job requires a lot of travel and I'd rather eat that than pull through a drive through somewhere.

I did it with a friend in October. We started jooging about 2 months before but never more than like 30 mins at a time. Like others have said the most you'll run is about 1 mile, the rest of the time you are trudging through the mud or completing one of the obstacles. I love this idea. Junk food is my downfall! I usually eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner but sometimes I'll ruin my day by eating tons of cookies or a huge bag of chips/popcorn. I plan to let myself have peanut butter and the occasional alcoholic drink on the weekends though.
