I sweat when I run. Not so much when I weight train. But on long runs I sweat visible salt..very odd.. I did read once that the fitter you are the more you sweat.

yes...same for me. I gained weight while training for a marathon.... its irritating and mind boggling.

You should go get it checked out. I've had knee surgery and have no issues with pain any more. I do take glucosamine/msm supplements for my joints tho...

Thanks!! yeah 135 is what i do my sets of 10 with. I have heard jokes that no guy is brave enough to bench anymore. Which makes me giggle but also makes me sad. Bench is my strong point. I know its weird...I can't really explain it.

it was with a regular bench. no gear. I'm not sure what a benching shirt is. there is a pic of 135lbs in my photos. I will have a video next time made. I wasnt really planning on actually getting it. I have been stuck at 175 for almost a year.
