Aghhhh should not have clicked on this! This thread just makes me sad that others can lose weight, and I'm not able to. I guess some bodies are just destined to stay "stuck". Congrats to you all though! If I can't do it, I'm glad others can :)

As long as you eat right 80% of the time then one day of bad eating will not derail your progress that much. Sometimes calorie confusion can even be good for your metabolism. If you deprive yourself 100% of the time, it might lead to a binge, so just hang in there and dont beat yourself up!
