  • hey dont take what I said personally, if you can cheat and lose fat good for you. The people I know who cheat dont lose fat. So yeah, you go girl is right! Personally I define cheating as eating unhealthy foods, and personally I dont schedule a cheat day or meal. That's where I was coming from. Maybe I should have said,…
  • It keeps your metabolism up, it lubricates and hydrates your joints and organs. It's also required for proper brain function.
  • I lost all of my weight in the first six months and I haven't been losing any weight since because I honestly haven't been trying for about a year. Whats your point? and by the way Im not concerned with the time issue... didn't know there was an issue. What are you even talking about?
  • dont do it, cheat days are for the weak IMO and anyone I know that has these entire days of cheating never lose any fat.
  • just buy a cheap pair of outdoor safety glasses. They usually fit snug around the head and ears and sit off the face a bit so your sweat shouldn't run down the inside of the lenses.
  • Wild meat is the only way to go!!
  • try getting your carbs from vegetables instead of breads, or try sprouted grain bread if you have to eat it.

  • you're probably getting that reaction because of the immense amounts of highly processed ingredients in the bar. Things like soy oil, hydrogenated "vegetable" oils (including soy), etc. Those things are garbage IMO and you know what we say... garbage in = garbage out.
  • shut 'er down! ...BUT dont let it be an excuse to eat unhealthy things... far too many people I know always compromise their efforts by eating "comfort" foods when they're sick. Concentrate on getting well by resting and nourishing your body. Rest is key. Keep up the water intake.
  • it's been said that ezkiel bread or any other sprouted grain breads are the best choice for human consumption.
  • use butter, margarine is garbage IMO.
  • drink water. It's not the cals, it's the sugar that will kill you with juice. Not worth it IMO. Once in a while yes but not every day.
  • GNC megamen sport.
  • hummus isn't a bad choice.
  • It counts... anything with water counts as water intake. It's not as healthy as water by any means but it still counts 100% for sure.
  • You're asking for something for mothers day? LOL.... pretty brazen haha. Anyways I've got an f6 and it's great. It's got a chest strap and I find it's very accurate and have had no problems with it in many different applications such as swimming and any other sport you can name.
  • honestly, look in the forums, this is a daily "new" topic.
  • well regardless of weather or not you dont "buy into" muscle weighs more than fat, its a fact and it might be affecting you. Otherwise keep working at it, no one said it was going to be easy and we're all different. What a total waste of two months it would be if you did give up??!!
  • KAPOW SODIUM!!! (make your own salsa, it would make this recipe somewhat healthy)
  • There is a good reason many people take their caloric needs and spread it out over the course of the day. It comes down to your metabolism. The more often you feed, the better off your metabolism is (keeping within the limits of your caloric and nutritional needs that is). I think it's funny when people try and give the…
  • true, but it's kind of a moot point isn't it? Seeing as the other websites info wouldn't be in the MFP database either. Irregardless, the saved meal can be easily added to the database once the meal saver tallies the nutrient info for the ingredients.
  • Ok, now you're just making stuff up. You're making me laugh. Food is not absorbed in your stomach and the food in your stomach has absolutely no bearing on your body's ability to burn fat etc. Where do you get this stuff from?
  • Not true, it takes at least 6 hours for food in your stomach to even get half way through it's journey in your intestines where the action happens. The whole "Going to bed with food in your stomach is bad" thing is a myth and not something you should be giving out as advice.
  • I dont get this that often anymore but you know what is really filling and great for you?? Raw Broccoli. Seriously. Fiberous carbs and super low calories for the volume you can consume to make you full. I ate 1 1/2 cups last night because I had this hunger that just wouldn't go away. I was full and totally guilt free.
  • your on it.... just enter the food and save it as a meal, it will combine all the ingredients and give you the total per meal then you just have to enter what portion of the meal you had and that's it, simple. Theres no magic involved really, I dont understand why people use other sites when this one is capable of doing…
  • I have a funny feeling the sweet potato would go black in the freezer but Im not sure.... I know it would refrigerate well to make ahead of time though LOL.
  • wow, that's alot of sodium for one sandwich... Must be the chicken, was it precooked processed stuff??
  • you just admitted what your problem was in the original post. You know what you need to do already, it's just a matter of doing it.

  • if you sweat as much as you're making it sound you probably have a medical condition known as hyperhydrosis, which is ridiculous sweating all the time regardless of overheating etc... I'd get that checked out.
  • didn't know there was such a myth
