the mirror and the mental image of what you want to look like when you're done chisling away

get some more protein into your diet and try eating some fiber with every meal too. Both of these will help you feel full and are essential to your health as well... WIN WIN! I usually eat some Smart Bran Psyllium fiber buds at breakfast (ill eat em straight, mix them with another cereal, blend them into a protein shake,…

yeppers! just use whatever exercise you do weather it's from the database or enter your own and simply plug in the time and then the cals. Simple.

I wouldn't be surprized if it was 600 calories.

^^LOL.... Im sorry I have to agree, by choosing to eat at Dunkn Doughnuts you pretty much made the decision to eat something crappy when you walked through the door. 500 cals isn't that hard to burn off at least and if you get the jump on a workout now you might be able to use up some of those carbs as fuel. I cant help…

I bet you're retaining water or you still have food in your system slowly making its way down. Cant exercise, get yourself into a sauna and sweat some of that water out!!

to keep the sweet pot's even more nutritious I would suggest steaming them instead of boiling them. Great recipe though.

the water tracker is pretty useless... if you cant remember to drink water then you have bigger issues I think.

That's what I was trying to say earlier, sorry for cutting in here... but when did it become so *kitten* backwards that servers are no longer expected to earn their tips? It should never be expected. Its part of your job, I dont go to work expecting to get paid without working hard for it and neither should servers. When I…

you just haven't seen the results of a good workout regimen. Once you start you'll see why so many people do it.

what do you mean?

sounds like it messes with your hormones. That doesn't sound natural to me.

Any good sport clinic will have a place to get tested. You could ask your family doctor to refer you to someone who does it. Our chiropractor offers this service too. The formulas are bull, dont buy into that ****.

you cant expect to burn the same amount each time you do a workout, especially if it's relatively the same workout. Your body will adjust and this is the reason we need to increase our exercise as we get in better shape.
-
think of how disgusting you'll feel if you eat that crap!
-
beneficial for what?

the weight of the meat after cooking does not significantly change the calorie count. You weigh meat raw and count the raw weight when adding to your diary weather it's right after you cook it or the next day. Nothing happened to the chicken in your fridge overnight so why would it change anything that you enter?

If you purge at all I think you need to seek professional help. Thinking that it is somehow normal and you dont fit into the category of someone who needs this level of help is wrong. Get help.

What kind of HRM do you have? The chest strap in mine has a battery in it that powers the transmitter. Yours probably does as well. These batteries dont last forever and the chest strap needs to be replaced from time to time.

?? you can drink or eat whatever you want.... I dont understand the question really. Are you asking if almond milk is dairy?

Love 21's... I usually incorporate these once a week into my arm or upper body workouts. I've often thought of trying this technique with pushups. THANKS SMARTY PANTS!!

Im going to watch the video but I have to disagree about tipping. Im a GREAT tipper, but I tip based on service. I have NEVER not tipped anyone, although I've given a lousy tip for lousy service. I find there are many servers I've encountered in the past who seem to think they do not have to make a good impression and…

is it strength training or cardio with weights? either way get a HRM it's your closest bet for strength training.

Not all fat is bad, you need to get this into your head. Try natural Peanut butter, a great high calorie source of good fat. Usually 100 cals per tbsp. Another way to increase calorie content and healthy fat is Extra Virgin Olive oil. Most are between 110- 125 cals per tbsp and can be added to almost anything without…

I think it comes down to the fact that the manufacturer has no control over how you prepare the food.

please pass on my digust in the fact that their pricing is outrageous and everyone I know goes to the one in Ohio because of this fact. The one stateside is about 70% cheaper.
