I have the Inov8 fast lifts, and use those for any wods with 300m or less. I have the nano 3.0s for the other WODs. I can basically do all the lifting in either Love the inov8s and would consider trying more of their line.

I pulled 140# full squat clean and a 125# push jerk Monday. I was totally messing around on the push jerk being my first time really doing off the rack so I am sure I can push more. I am a 170# 30yr ole gal.

We use Muscle Pharm, Optimum nutrition and BS Lean desert protein(smoothies mostly bc its thicker) and I drink the BSN if i mix in creatine bc it makes that way easier to drink with the thickness. A1supplements.com is a great website as well. We usually get stuff within 24-48 hrs max.

pistols are one legged squats holding your other leg out in front of you. Best way to start is 45lb plate with a medball on it. then work your way down to just the ball, then just doing it. we do this alot of time skill work with an EMOM of say 10 minutes, max double unders, and max pistols
