  • Exciting Solly! Weve beeen making wraps of everything, well my bf has, i dont eat the wraps. We made ground turkey burritos this weekend with peppers and onions and brown rice. YUM! hope everyone is having a good weekend. I have been good minus a soda here and there, but slowly getting off of drinking it.

  • Sounds like a plan. 10 minutes should make a difference. Did a light day of 25 minutes on the bike and some triceps. Shins have been hurting lately, really need to get the extra weight off to make it easier on the legs.
