Day 6 (6/3): Went as planned to gym after work and did the Butts and Guts class. Day 7(6/4): Step class; Great burn! My legs are on fire! Everyone make a plan and do the plan.

Try it! You might love it like I do. I wish there were more spin classes at my gym. I bought a seat cover to help with the soreness. It burns crazy amount of calories!

Butts and Guts Fitness Class at the gym.

I’m currently doing 2x/ week No More Trouble Zones in between going to the gym for fitness classes. If I’m tight for time I’ll just do circuits 1-4 or 4-7. I also like the 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.

I got through circuit 3 the first time. I couldn't believe there was more. Yesterday I made it through all 7. I felt great! I use this workout 2x a week in between going to the gym for fitness classes.

Had my thyroid removed in 2004 due to cancer. It's been a hpyp roller coster ever since. I take 250 mcg Levothyroxine every morning when I wake up. I take my mutli-vitamin and other supplements at lunch. To lose weight I have to stick to a low carb diet and exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week.

Feel free to add me. My youngest is 10. Gained 40 lbs when I was pregnant and I STILL havne't loss all the weight. LOL I came close a few years ago before health problems. I'm putting me first now. Which is hard for us moms.

YES this is me! I love going to different classes to keep it interesting. Also, there are about 5 of us who have become close and attend the classes together. When one misses a class, we get on them if they don't have a good excuse (work, kids, etc.) I don't slack off in a class. Everyone sees you! :smile: On a machine it…

I'll join in too! I just need to find my DVDs! Our basement flooded and I had to pack up everything including these. I had great results when I did this last year. It's a great entire body workout.
