Oh my! So much misinformation about the 21 Day Fix Program mentioned in this thread. LOL You do not have to buy Shakeology for this program. It's an option. I'm enjoying it so far. I just finished my first round and I lost 10 lbs and 8 inches. I have at least 40 more pounds ago. I'm on day 3 of round 2. I love that the workouts are only 30 minutes. I FEEL great! For more I needed to focus on portion control, so this program helps. It clicked with me.

Day 16: Get Results Cardio Class. I'm really getting the hang of this class. I was able to keep up so much better this time. Spent this past weekend at Ocean City for my son's basketball tournament. They won! And I got a day of beach time. kcaffee1: Yes please post the site on calories burned examples. Thanks!

Day 15(6/19): 1/2 mile jog & Get Results Class - High intensity cardio. Combines step, kickboxing, and whatever else my crazy instructor thinks of. I think I burned a good 800 calories. Day 14(6/18) Step Class. Another great class. 3 more friends joined us for the first time and loved it. After it was over of course.LOL Everything is sore from my waist down. But it was a terrific burn. Yep, as several have noticed, i like variety in my workouts. And I've been doing mostly classes. Keep it going everyone!

Day 12 (6/12): Walk/Jog 1.74 miles on treadmill.

Day 11 (6/11): Step class. Instructor was on overdrive last night! I was soaking wet at the end. 1 hour straight of hardcore stepping! I wish I had on a HR monitor. I'm pretty sure I burned well over 700 calories.

Day 9 (Saturday 6/8): 30 Minutes of No More Trouble Zones - Jillian Michaels. Spent the afternoon walking in the mall shopping with the husband and two boys. Next time I'll go with my girlfriends. I was only able to escape one time and I bought a cute dress for work.

Day 8 (6/5): Group Bootcamp class. Supposed to be a group of about 8 of us girls. However, I was the only one that showed up! :noway: So it was a personal session! Husband suggested I take a rest day today. I have haven't taken one since LAST Tuesday.
