Make a quilt out of your old dress for those gorgeous future babies you're going to have, and renew your vows in a hot new dress.

I am totally down for this! I've tried to go clean in the past, I even completed a 30 day juice fast three years ago. I always wind up falling off the wagon and I'm sick of it. I know I feel better and my skin looks better when I eat clean and stay away from gunk like sodas and donuts. My food diary is open for those on my…

Bob's Red Mill. I really like their grain blends.

I've been researching spelt flour. It seems to be a great option, especially if you buy a grinder and grind it yourself. I am very interested in trying this, also making whole grain, unleavened flat breads. At the moment I am trying to steer clear of breads and only eating whole wheat pastas, but for now (for myself) I…

Hi everyone! I'm Amber, I am a stay-at-home mom who desperately needs to overhaul my life, especially my food intake. I became interested in eating clean about 5 years ago. Since then it seems like my husband and I will do really well for 3-6 months, then completely fall back into the easy old routines. My goal is to not…

Since I can't modify the recipe I really want to add a side note here: this is HOT if you use the entire jar or can of chipotle chiles. I suggest starting with about 2 TBSP and taste testing to see how much heat you prefer.

Thanks! :D By the way, I suppose I should mention you don't have to refrigerate it. You could serve it right away if you wanted to. I take the extra step so the flavors will blend without turning the squash to mush.

Thanks, Rhonda! Oops, I fixed it! I really hope you like it.

I've made this twice, and both times even my kids loved it. 1 small butternut squash, cubed 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced 1 green apple, peeled and sliced 3/4 cup grated lowfat Romano 1 1/2 cups grated lowfat fontina 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley fresh basil leaves 4…

I have noticed that the more whole grains I eat - especially whole grain cream of wheat, steel cut oats, qionoa, etc - the more satiated I am and the less cravings I have. I also eat lots of fruit and veggies. I am steadily dropping weight, feel great, and have no intention of cutting my carbs. I also watch my sodium…

Was celibate for 2 1/2 years before I met my husband. I doubt I would ever do that again o.O

Welcome to MFP! I am here to tell you that you CAN live well with hypothyroidism, and you CAN lose weight. It's a challenge, but it's doable. I am on my own journey living with it, but I am slowly whipping it into submission. My sis has PCOS, and she has been able to conceive and now runs marathons - it's all about great…

Put your toothpaste, preferably an enamel strengthening one, on your toothbrush. Dip into baking soda. Sprinkle with SALT. Brush your teeth as usual. I do this 4 times a week, and it gently removes stains and polishes teeth. As another poster already said, you can rinse your mouth with peroxide.

LOOKS AMAZING!!!!!

I blend mine with pineapple orange juice and ice. Can't stand it plain.

Vit B helps my energy level. If you want a natural way to ease anxiety I very highly recommend taking a daily Sam-E dose and practicing yoga. It works for me, and I've had severe anxiety for a number of years now. The Sam-E has better results for me than the mix of Prozac and Paxil the doctor had me on. Good luck to you!

Grilled chicken, bacon, onions, jalepenos, red peppers, black olives, and ranch dressing!

Bobsleds - hot cocoa with peppermint schnapps and whipped cream.

This. except I broil mine. Also, if you have a juicer, juice one grapefruit along with one orange and one peach - FANTASTIC. I also like fresh grapefruit in a blender with strawberries and champagne. You could substitute sparkling grape juice.

I have heard of people eating raw meat, but I personally would not. If I were to go 100% raw I would go vegetarian. Personally, the more raw foods I eat, the better I feel.

I put radishes in a Chinese chicken salad I make, love them!
