I just save calories from other days. I have no set amount, some days I just eat more and some days I just eat less. I'm happy as long as stay within my weekly allowance.

Night times are sooo hard! One way to not eat is to go to bed. Obviously thats not feesible to do at 8pm every night. I find drinking diet pop helps. You could try having your evening meal later on, and have a "dessert" shortly after your meal such as a mixed fruit salad.

Mine are about the same as my normal scales. I usually use my normal scales only to weight in though.

I usually try and make up for it the rest of the week, if even only partially. Though I struggle to do this I don't worry too much if I manage to stick the rest of the week. A few times though I have ended up giving up the rest of the week because of one bad day but I'm trying not to do that this time.
