I love this challenge! It's such an awesome idea since I struggle with a lot of things with eating and sometimes exercising. I'll try to get some of my own tips up here when I have time. Right now time for bed y'all. Have a good night:)

PW: 272.5 CW: 272.5 Didn't have a loss this week which isn't that surprising considering I ate out a couple of times this week and the only exercise I had was walking from class to class and cleaning and walking around the hotel I work at:/

My weekends are usually the roughest too. I usually kind of take a break though when its the weekends. I still watch what I eat, but just not that closely because I know that if I don't get in my little craving sometime in the week i'll go farking crazy lol

PW: 276 CW: 272.5 3.5 loss. I was honestly scared to get on the scale this morning because I didn't really bad all weekend on not so well on Monday, but it looks like I confused my body or something because I have a decent loss:)

I usually do ok on the weekends i eat the same way I mean. I never eat out so I don't too much( I live too far from anything to eat out haha) So I tend to take the weekends off, but if I do really bad during the day I exercise to make up for it.
