I know your intentions are probably good, but that was kind of rude. It's one thing to give advice to someone who asks for it, but quite another to tell other people what's best for them unsolicited. What a person decides to eat is their own business.

Since when is 5'5" short? :smile: I'm 5'5" and currently 119 lbs (sometimes I go up to around 125). I'd like to be 115, but I'm pretty happy with my current weight. I originally started out at about 140.

I either find a listing that's already in grams, change the servings of box to 1g, and enter the number of grams, or I do some math. For example, 28 g of Cheerios has 110 cals. 110 divided by 28 equals 3.93, so 1g has 3.93 cals. 35 times 3.93 equals 137.55, so 35g of Cheerios is 137.55 cals. If you want that in servings,…

Is it getting close to that time of the month? I always gain 2-5 pounds right before my period, but it goes away after.
