Thanks so much for posting this challenge! 6 months later, I've lost 30 lbs and need to lose 50 more to meet my goal, with my January goal set for 10 lbs. Definitely interested!

I know that you can do it! Set realistic goals and stick to them. Exercise daily-remember there are all forms of exercise, which is simply movement-can be cleaning, playing with kids/pet, exercising, walking, etc.
