Thank you all for the feedback!!! I definitely don't mind the tonight, but did want to drop some more weight. Not much, but some more. I feel way better and notice my clothes do fit better. I did both workouts today, Jillian Michaels 6 weeks to a six-pack and her 30 day shred workout. I was sweaty and tired, but loved it. I'm hoping to get better at it as time goes on! Thanks for all the feedback guys! 479 calories burned!

Thanks @erock115 ! That was really helpful! Where do they watch them online? I was thinking of just paying for Amazon prime so I can use instant video and have different options. P90 was out before p90x and not as hard, the phase 3-4 workouts are about 35-40 minutes.

@itsfuntobenormal : I totally hear you. I work in the medical field and am aware of that. I put 1.5 lbs per wk as a goal, but am totally ok with 1 lb a wk. in the past 3 wks I haven't lost any and have been working out and eating well. I totally hear ya though. Thanks.

@Capt_Apollo : I do accurately track my calories and I wear my heart rate monitor during workouts. But I'm not burning as many calories as before and I'm getting bored. So that's why I want to switch it up. Same 2 workouts every day for 2 months can get boring.

@aaa15 and @DaneanP : I'm 5'5", 32 years old and started at 179 lbs (most I've ever weighed)...I'm usually in the 150 lbs range, but started getting lazy and eating just about anything. So for the past 2 months have been on track! I'm down to 169 lbs, 21.5 more lbs to go! I'm so focused!

If anyone logs in daily and uses other people's burned calories as motivation, as I do, please feel free to add me! On those days that I don't feel like working out and I see my feed showing how many calories others have burned it motivates me to get off my *kitten* and workout! Lol!

@DaneanP : lol! I hear ya! Sometimes there are just things we can't do, so modifying is always the way to go! I'm pretty flexible and not too out of shape, so thinking I may challenge myself and try this out! Thanks!

@aaa15 , Ahhh, I'll look into those as well. I'm thinking of purchasing Amazon Prime today so that I can stream all of these videos using Amazon prime instant video and my Apple TV. This way if I don't like one, I can move on to another one! Thanks!
