Hey, yeah I'm struggling also. I had lost 58 and gained back about 8. I'm here for you if you want to be friends!!

I'm considering trying a gluten free diet. I'm not positive I am allergic to it, but I have brain fog, fatigue, stomach problems and depression issues. I also work the overnight shift which doesn't help. I have heard these can be symptoms of it. I'm having a hard time getting motivated to completely cut it out though. I…

I love this!!

Chips and mexican food for sure.

I think the problem is people are eating a lot of the wrong foods. I have lost 49 lbs, but I feel like I still have a lot of fat. If I was eating more healthy foods instead of a bunch of carbs and junk I would probably look more toned. Plus, I need to work out more. I think its all about the foods we eat. If we are eating…

I just saw some thing on Dr. Oz today about carb cycling and I think it makes complete sense!!

You have to make sure to limit your portions of it, but it has lots of health benefits!!

I totally agree with you that no amount of weight loss surgery or whatever else you do can really take away the addiciton. Its just a temporary fix. I know for me what has helped me to try and change my obsession with food around is relying on God. I still struggle, but when I rely on God to "fill" me up, it makes a huge…

I was feeling guilty, but feeling hopeful about getting back on track tomorrow!!
-
Wow, such a huge difference! Congrats!!
-
You look fantastic!!!
-
I do and it seems to help my stay on track. As weird as it sounds, it helped me to break my plateau this week.
-
Wow, that is truly amazing!!

Thanks for the motivation! I'm about 12 pounds down and I can't wait to see how 26 pounds down looks! : )

I can totally relate to you! I've been doing this almost my whole life. You have to dig down deep and figure out the emotional reasons you are doing this. I know that I've been through a lot in my life and have always relied on food for comfort. Its not a very good comfort though when you think about it. I'm not sure if…

This is very disturbing! My friend has a Mc. Donalds cheeseburger that she's had for 5 years and it looks exactly the same!

Yes you need to learn to love yourself. I don't know if you have a Higher Power, but God helps me a lot. I got saved about a year ago and things have just started falling into place. Let me know if you want to talk! (((Hugs)))

Try not to let yourself get so hungry. Eating more protein is key b/c you feel full longer. Also, try to eat 5 small meals a day. Healthy foods of course.
-
I have the same issues, particularly feeling tempted today! I'm not even really hungry and I'm thinking about all the foods I used to binge on. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks or so now and this is usually when I fall off the wagon. Not letting it happen this time!

Yeah, I'm having some of the same problems with the cravings. I allow myself little treats. I used to be an all or nothing person. But I've learned the hard way if I restrict myself completely for too long then I end up in a binge and get off track for way too long.
-
I'm in! I've been on too many "diets." Ready for a change that will last a lifetime!
-
I also despise fish. I wish I liked it though.
-
Normally when I have a craving to binge on a whole lot of food, I'm usually feeling lonely, bored, anxious, depressed or some other kind of emotion. I probably need to pray, call a friend, read my Bible or do something else to take care of myself.

Great job! You are truly an inspiration!

I love Zumba on the Wii! I also love Just Dance 3 on the Wii! They both burn lots of calories and are a lot of fun. Good luck!
-
I work up a sweat doing Just Dance 3 and Zumba both on the Wii!! Such a fun workout!!

Thanks for the wonderful responses!

Thanks! I have issues with "binge eating" so that is why I'm trying to avoid unhealthy foods as much as possible. I have a hard time eating only a small amount of the foods I really enjoy. I just need to find more healthy foods I enjoy.
