i dont know but wish i did.seems as though im stuck i n the same rut....i joined aerobics several times a week and walk too but i have weighed more the instructor told me since i was exercising this would happen , but i cannot for the life of me get out of a size 10 i started on here Jan 1 in a 12 but since Feb been stuck…

Keep that frame of mind you ve had, ive been feeling the same dang way, but we have come too far to blow it now.....i havent seen a whole lot of change in myself either....even joined aerobics classes as far as the food, use what you have you don t really have to go buy a lot of stuff just cook more sensible…
