thanks guys! yeah i do the power rider every morning and night....for arms , legs, butt etc but...i back slid and went out last night so i was too tired today, but I WILL BE back on track today! Just wondering if anyone else felt soooo hungry on 1200 calories like me! HAVE A GREAT DAY GUYS!

hey! i drink a slim fast every other morning, and sometimes at night to kick start my weight loss i do eat lunch and a few healthy snacks. I try to eat oatmeal or something every other morning and fruit. I do them almost every night so i dont eat heavy dinner is what kills me..........
