hey everyone! i was just reading the answers to her question, what about if you fill a large cup with water and ice and use a little crystal light? thats what ive been doing and i drink about four large cups a day.........does that count against me?

DONT GET DISCOURAGED, YOU COULD NOT CONTROL THAT SITUATION, JUST HANG IN THERE AND DO THE BEST YOU CAN.....KEEP YOUR GOALS IN MIND AND DONT BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF U NEED TIME TO HEAL ALSO!

hey! im stuck at an office for nine hours, i feel like im targeting my butt and thighs so i hold onto my desk and do leg lifts to the side sets of 20 then straight back for the butt 20 then squats, and i do this as many times a day as i can, i get sooo tired of sitting...good luck!

NO, i see the same thing i have lost about 6 lbs , but i slipped right into my 10's today and it s only been three weeks, but when i stand in the full length mirrow i can tell too especially in my thighs.....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! U look so slim already!

i find cutting dinner and drinking a slim fast and a piece of fruit is helpful to me. dont give up......how much do you have to lose? Just asking you may have to adjust youre calorie intake maybe youre not eating enough and make sure to eat more frequently to stay satisfied..but choose healthy snacks, frujit, sugar free…
