Yes, I a excited. I realize that this pace won't continue, but 1.2-2 pounds is fine with me. I should reach my goal of 20 pounds toward the end of August. I will begin my goal of 20 more pounds at the beginning of September.

Week One Down 4 July--234 11 July--225 I have been staying around 1200 calories and doing 45 minutes of cardio (The Firm or walking) daily. Ready for week two!
