  • Wow you do sound busy and I cant even imagen trying to get time to exercise as a single mum. You could try just logging your food and watching what your eating at first which is ½ the battle and then slowly add in some exercise when you get some time…even little things like a few sit ups and push ups before getting into…
  • after i finished breastfeeding i went down from a G to a C cup...almost cried at what they were like and told my husband we were going to have to save so i could buy some new ones! ...BUT within 6 months the skin had gone back to normal and they were pretty much good as new :) Just give it some time and it might sort…
  • I posted a really similar thread this morning but i have been reading a lot of stuff on here about increasing your calories to loose more ...especially if you don’t have too much to go? wish i could be of more help but dont have a great understanding myself yet!
  • Thank you so much @sjb74uk. and im 'adding all this extra complication in' because after reading the forums it seemed other posters had a really good knowledge base about calories/nutrition and had had some amazing sucsess with eating more calories so i thought i would try and expand my knowledge and ask their advice.

  • When you’re 3 year old no longer wants to stay up past his bedtime to watch cartoons but to work out with mummy and daddy instead… When I keep promising myself a day off from exercising and then keep putting it off because I just cant go without! (and who is this person i've turned into??)
