  • I loved the set schedule of p90x so much I kept at it. I started at 310 lbs a little under 2 years ago, and 5 rounds later (some rounds were consecutive, some had a break between,) I've lost 120 lbs. I think I'll give it another round or two to see if I can get to 160-150.
