P90X Results...Ladies Please

And guys if you'd like!

I've lost 26lbs through cardio since May, but I've finally accepted that I need to start adding weights. I have the P90X program & am getting ready to start it.

What kind of results did anyone see? I am currently at 162 & my goal is 145. I know that I will obviously be adding muscle, but is weight loss possible through this program as well?

I'm working on allowing myself to believe that toned is better than 'skinny'.

    I lost 10 lbs and have abs now! Tomorrow is my last day.     It was so very worth the time and effort! I really couldn't be happier with my results. I started 149 and am 139 after finishing.

    Bump.. I just started p90x monday so I'd to see what others have to say about their results! I am loving it so far.

    I loved the set schedule of p90x so much I kept at it. I started at 310 lbs a little under 2 years ago, and 5 rounds later (some rounds were consecutive, some had a break between,) I've lost 120 lbs. I think I'll give it another round or two to see if I can get to 160-150.
