I have read about this a lot here but I dont believe in eating all the calories that you burn and its working pretty well for me .. I burn around 500-800 calories but only eat few or none of them.. thats the whole point of burning I believe :) so never eat when you you are not hungry.. thats the whole point.

Looks like you are eating ok but I am not sure about the burns also even if you burn 1000 calories why are you eating all of your calories? In a podcast Jillian Michael said that doctors recommend to have 3-4 cups of green tea everyday I have increased my green tea intake from last 1 month and I found it very effective.. and I have encouraged my MFP frens as well :D so we all are having it everyday!
